Terms of use
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Project Polaris (“Polaris”, “we”), the web console at projectpolaris.dev and the Polaris iPhone app. Polaris is run by All Great Things Inc., a Texas corporation (allgreatthings.io), 2297 Prospect Drive, Frisco, TX 75036. By using Polaris you agree to these terms. How Polaris handles your data is in the privacy policy.
What Polaris is
Polaris is a personal coaching service. It shows your training, sleep, body and recovery data, including data from Apple Health, and Coach, an AI assistant, suggests training, food and recovery from that data and from what you tell it. Coach records something to your logs or plan only after you confirm it.
Polaris is available by invitation. The iPhone app reads Apple Health and never writes to it.
Coaching, not medical advice
Polaris is coaching, not medical advice. Coach shows this note before its first detailed workout suggestion in a conversation:
This is a general fitness and wellness suggestion, not medical advice. Consider your health, symptoms, limitations, and any guidance from a qualified healthcare professional before acting on it. Stop if you experience pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms. You are responsible for deciding whether this suggestion is appropriate for you and assume the risks of participating.
Every workout suggestion carries this reminder:
General suggestion only—not medical advice. You choose whether to participate and assume the risks.
Before Coach applies a plan, you confirm:
I understand this is a general suggestion—not medical advice—and I'm choosing to proceed at my own risk.
Coach’s suggestions are written by AI and can be wrong. Coach is not a doctor, and Polaris is not medical care. Polaris does not diagnose or treat any condition. Talk to a doctor before you start or change an exercise or eating plan, and stop if something hurts. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
